Albania's central bank governor was arrested on September 5 on suspicion of abuse of power after millions of euros were stolen from the bank, a prosecutor's spokesman said. Ardian Fullani was arrested after the bank discovered in August that at least $7 million dollars (5.4 million euros) had been taken from its reserves over the past four years, the spokesman said.
